En año 2025 fueron ocupadas 48.3 toneladas de drogas en RD

SANTO DOMINGO.- República Dominicana ocupó en 2025 unos 48,335 kilogramos (48. 3 toneladas) de drogas en operativos realizados por la Direccion Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD), Fuerzas Armadas, Procuraduría, Aduanas y agencias de Inteligencia del Estado.

En aeropuertos, puertos, costas, fronteras y otros puntos fueron decomisados 19,586 kilogramos de cocaína, 11,564 de marihuana, 121.47 de crack y 21.53 de éxtasis, hachís, tusi y metanfetaminas.

Además, fueron arrestadas 46,367 personas y confiscadas 404 armas, 18 embarcaciones, decenas de motores fuera de borda, 2,082 vehículos, equipos de radionavegación, radios de comunicacion, celulares, US$58,408 dólares y RD$34,514,785, entre otras evidencias.

Las autoridades informaron también que con el apoyo de Alguaciles de Estados Unidos (U.S. Marshals) fueron extraditados y deportados 84 fugitivos.

LO QUE HAY QUE DETERMINAR ES POR QUÉ AL PAÍS LLEGAN TANTAS DROGAS. EN NINGÚN PAÍS DE AMÉRICA LATINA LLEGA TANTA DROGA COMO A REP. DOMINICAN. SIEMPRE HEMOS DICHO QUE REP. DOM. SE HA CONVERTIDO EN UN ALMACÉN DE DROGA DE VENEZUELA, COLOMBIA Y MÉXICO. NUNCA ANTES LLEGABA TANTA DROGA AL PAÍS. ES MAL COMENZO EN LOS GOBIERNOS DEL PLD. LEONEL DANILO Y HA SEGUIDO CRECIENDO. HAY QUE DETENER ESE MAL AL PRECIO QUE QUER SEA. GRACIAS A TRIUM QUE ESTÁ HACIENDO.
