Fallece en Santo Domingo especialista en oncología

SANTO DOMINGO.- La Sociedad Dominicana de Oncología Médica informó el fallecimiento del médico Benis González Frías, uno de sus miembros.

Las honras fúnebres serán realizadas a partir de este viernes, a las 12:00 del mediodía, en la Funeraria Blandino de la avenida Abraham Lincoln y sus restos serán sepultados el sábado al mediodía en el cementerio Cristo Redentor.

Al médico especialista en oncología le sobreviven dos hijos. Ofreció servicios en el Hospital General Plaza de la Salud y en el Instituto de Oncología Dr. Heriberto Pieter.

“El doctor González fue un profesional destacado cuyas contribuciones a la oncología y la atención de nuestros pacientes dejan una huella duradera», sostuvo la sociedad en un comunicado.
