SANTO DOMINGO.- El exregidor de Santo Domingo Este, Abel Elías Matos Rodríguez, fue encontrado muerto la madrugada de este miércoles en circunstancias que apuntan a un suicidio.

El cuerpo presenta un orificio de bala en la cabeza.

El caso es investigado por las autoridades.

Matos Rodríguez militaba en el oficialista Partido Revolucionario Moderno y residía en el sector Los Mina.
