PROVINCIA ESPAILLAT.- Las lluvias han provocado severas inundaciones y el desbordamiento de un río en el municipio Gaspar Hernández.
El agua ha afectado viviendas, infraestructuras y vías de comunicación.
El puente principal de la localidad se encuentra en riesgo debido a la fuerte corriente, la carretera que conecta con Villa Magante presenta escombros y obstrucciones que dificultan el tránsito.
Las autoridades han pedido a la población extremar las medidas de precaución, evitar las áreas inundadas y mantenerse atenta a los reportes oficiales.
